Biography:
Claude B. Lavallee, Esq.'s experience includes many years of work in the Insurance Industry. Attorney Lavallee worked as a litigation attorney handling defense matters and insurance coverage issues, at the Law Offices of Sherwin Greenberg in Chicago, Illinois until 1996. His prior attorney experience includes work with a general practice law firm of Pomper & Goodman, P.C. in Chicago, Illinois where he gained experience in the general practice of law and litigation, including matters in real estate, contract and personal injury among other issues. Prior experience includes work as an accountant and analyst at the Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, prior to his matriculation into Law School.
His litigation experience covers a period of more than fourteen years in which Attorney Lavallee has brought over fifty cases before a jury; most of which were concluded in a successful jury verdict. Extensive skilled discovery work includes over 1,000 depositions, including expert witness and medical professionals. This volume of experience, together with his legal education, experience in business and accounting, MBA in General Business, adds great value to his ability to counsel clients in crucial decision making and planning.
Attorney Lavallee credits his understanding of personal matters and family, often required of a private practitioner, to his family life which comes from his upbringing in Lowell Massachusetts, and his wife and three school age children.
